Villars-sur-Ollon is easily reached by train from Geneva airport (2 hours) and Zurich airport (4 hours). For the train schedule please refer to the Swiss Federal Railways (CFF) website.

Reaching Villars-sur-Ollon by train requires a change of train in Bex. Please exit at the Roche-Grise train stop (one stop after Villars station). This stop is literally in front of the Chalet Royalp Hotel and Spa.

Note: It is also possible to reach Villars-sur-Ollon by bus from Aigle. Be aware that the bus terminal is at the Villars train station, which would imply a 15 min walk uphill to the conference venue.
