Attractive room rates were negotiated with the Hotel Viu and Hotel Victoria, which included bed and breakfast.

The hotels’ standard room cancellation conditions applied to each participant. The organisation takes no liability with regards to room booking or the payment of any cancellation fees.
Room booking was only accessible to participants presenting an invited or contributed abstract (see list of participants).
