BASP Frontiers conference fees included the conference facilities, all lunches (incl. water) and dinners (incl. water, coffee, and 1 soft drink, or beer, or glass of wine), two coffee breaks, and the evening aperitif with unlimited soft drinks.
The fees were in CHF but charged in GBP at a fixed conversion rate. A booking charge for payment processing was applied by the EventBrite company handling the process.
The organisation declines any responsibility in case of accident or disruption of travel plans. Conference fees were not refundable. Participants were requested to arrange proper insurance to cover accident, travel disruption, or any form of cancellation.
Registration was only accessible to participants presenting an invited or contributed abstract (see list of participants).
